So the reason your search is failing is because your activity (Battle Feed) is set to "private". In order for this site to access your battle reports, your Battle Feed must be available to the public (which is the default when you setup a Battlelog acct). You must have set it to "not public" at some point.
If you are OK with your battle feed being set to public, you can change your settings via the "Edit Profile" on your Battlelog profile page. There is a checkbox that you would need to check to make the battle feed public.
Sorry for the annoyance. I used to have an error message for this before Battlelog started using the dots. Let me know if you choose to change your settings and still have issues.
